Trinities Around the World
Trinity is a concept that has existed in our collective consciousness for thousands of years.
Let's look at a few examples:
Greek: Zeus, Hera & Hercules
Egyptian: Osiris, Isis & Horus
Kabbalah: Kether, Chokmah & Binah
Christianity: God, Jesus & Holy Spirit
Hinduism: Brahma, Vishnu & Shiva
​From the above examples, we can see that the concept of a trinity has helped to describe
a sacred relationships of unity and interconnectivity.
In this section, the trinity that I want to share with you is the Trinity of You!

Trinity of You
It is invisible, inner & non-physical. It is not the brain.
It is where imagination takes place.
It is where we visualize any possibility in
The Field of All Possibilities.

It is where we dream our dreams.
It is where we make-believe.
It operates in the present moment, even when we think of the past or future.
​
It is everywhere & nowhere, or now here.
If we do not master it, it will be in control of the spirit & the body
SPIRIT
MIND
BODY & BRAIN
It is invisible, inner, non-physical
Spirit is multidimensional.
Spirit is multi-faceted.
Spirit is multi-purposed.
​
Spirit is the Love that we need or ourselves, the Love we need for others and from others.
Spirit is our connection to the Divine Source.
Spirit is Electric-Energy that is unlimited, it can not be threatened, destroyed or die.
​
When the Body dies; for,
every body dies, our spirit will transfer back home to the Spirit world/dimension.
It is visible, outer, physical.
It responds to our mind, our spirit and to thoughts & our emotions.
​
It is an ever-changing & aging vessel that houses our spirit.
​
It is able to do amazing feats ranging from birthing a neonate to the incredible martial arts of the Shaolin Kung Fu Master.
We use our body to fulfill our Dharma, our life-purpose(s). ​​​​​​
It is one of the most amazing structures made the the Divine Intelligence.
Spiritual Heart = Central Processing Unit
When our identity is rooted in our spirit's connection to the Divine Source, which is invisible but permenent & everlasting, then we know we are safe, we know that we can not be threatened or destroyed, we know we are the Beloved, & we are supported by the Divine Presence.
If our identify is rooted in the body and the physical world,-the impermenent, temporary reality-, when things change, when they are lost, broken, destroyed, out of fashion style, we may feel threatened and lost.

A electric-energy battery of love, light, & power that is empowered & rechargeable by
connecting with the Divine Source through prayer and meditation.

Similiar to free WiFi, the Spirit of God is everywhere, it is free, accessible and available to everyone.

BODY & BRAIN
Our physical body is nourished by Foods from Mama Earth, self-care & love and appreciation.

Our physical body may be damaged by intaking most man-made foods, the use and abuse of drug and alcohol & lack of self-care.

In this physical world, we acknowledge and honor our Trinity.

We recognize that 2/3 of who we are is invisible and non-phyical.

The Most Powerful parts of us, our Spirit-a electric rechargeable battery of love, light, & power, and Mind-our operating system, are invisible and non-physical.
This awareness and allows us to place our attention, time and discipline in nourishing and cultivating the most powerful aspects of who we are along with taking care of our physical body.
When our spirit, mind and body are all functioning at their highest levels, we become unlimited and unstoppable.
