Earn Money
Work for yourself, as: side-hustle, self-employed, small business, owner, enterpreneur.
Work for someone else as an employee.

There are two types of income
Passive income:
Money earned from a business, product, service or rental property where you are not actively involved.
Active income:
Money earned in exchange for performing a service, such as a hourly wage job or salary & comissions.
With active income, when we earn money we are exchanging our time for a hourly wage or for a salary.
Employers decide how much you will make in hourly.
Essentially, we are selling our time, each hour that we spend at a job or career, is an hour that we can not get back.
For many young people, a job is a stepping stone to get ahead.

We must be careful that we do not spend too much of our time at a job or career that we do not like, or we know it is not a significant part of our future and/or it does not fulfill our life's purpose.
Active income

The Illusion (Maya) that Happiness Depends on External Objects/Conditions
-Hinduism
The Illusion
Last peace, joy and fulfillment can be found be acquiring objects, achieving goals, experiencing pleasures or forming relationships in the external world.
The Reality
External sources provide temporary, fleeting pleasure followed by pain or dissatisfaction. True, unconditional bliss is within you. Seeking it externally is like mistaking a mirage for water.
Earning money is an activity that we engage in for the majority of our adult life.

If you do not know what is your life purpose, ask God, The Divine Source:
"What is my life purpose and what are my gifts?'"
Ask and keep asking until you get an answer. Usually our life purpose and our gifts go hand-in-hand.
Think of an activity that you love to do that serves people or a product that you can create that will help people.
HERE'S A CLUE TO FIGURING WHAT YOUR LIFE PURPOSE IS:
If and when you know the answer to these prompts, you will be on your way to knowing what your life purpose is.
It comes to you easily but with practice & perseverance, you become better and are able to master it. Think of an activity that you would be willing to do for free but would love it even more when you earn money while doing it.
This activity or product energizes you, it inspires you.
Think STEM jobs
Think trades such as electrician, plumber, carpentry, HVAC. IT & Computer certificates.
Short term education: 12mo-48months
Long term education 5-10years
High Paying Skills Research Jobs and their annual average salary
EARN MONEY DOING WHAT YOU LOVE:
To earn money doing what you love, you must mastery your craft/skill and be the best or one of the best.

You must also be a self-starter and self-motivator, think outside the box, and most importantly, be yourself! In order to earn money, we must have the correct mindset or develop the correct mindset.

Passive income
We use our earnings from active income to create passive income.
And depending on our passive income choices, ideas and success, we may be able to supplement or replace our active income with passive income.
Creating passive income sources requires us to use the Riches in the Kingdom such as:
DISCIPLINE * PATIENCE * CREATIVITY * PERSERVERANCE
We may not have the extra cash for name brand clothes, shoes, or the latest iPhone, as we are investing that money or saving that money for our passive income goals.
This is delayed gratification, which is saying no to the the current little item so that in the future you can obtain the big-ticket item.
Creating passive income is not an endeavor that is completed overnight, you must stick with it and try several avenues until you have found your niche.

THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX
Look for ways to provide solutions to problems that you notice, or look for opportunities to create a product or service that people want or need.
Good ideas and thoughts travel from mind to mind in a manner that is not quite understood. For every successful business, there is usually someone who have said, “I thought of that idea before” but did not take action.
TAKE ACTION
CREATE A PLAN
Work your plan. Make ‘mistakes’, revise your plan based on your mistakes (experienced), get better, continue with your revised plan and experience.
A doer with an imperfect plan will get more accomplished than a thinker with a perfect plan.
BE A DOER
