In meditation, we still the body and mind, so that the spirit can connect with the spirit of the Divine Source.

Repeat phrases such as 'May I be joyful safe, healthy and happy' or 'May all beings receive lovingkindness'.
Meta Meditation

Focused Breathing
Focused breathing involves sitting quietly and focusing on your breath. Notice the pauses between inhalation & exhalation.



Repeat a world such as 'OM' or a phrase such as 'I am Loved' or any 'I am' statement that you love.
Different types of Meditation

Box breathing
1. Inhale for 4 seconds.
2. Hold the breath for 4 seconds.
3. Exhale for 4 seconds.
4. Hold the breath for 4 seconds.

Transcendental
Repeating a mantra, silently, in your inner voice with an aim to transcend your thoughts.

Candle-Gazing
Gaze at the flame of a candle, unblinking, until your eyes are a lil uncomfortable, blink & start again. Breath.
