We donate money, the amount of our choice, to organizations, charities & places of worship, that we believe in and/or have a special meaning to us.
Giving helps us as well, giving and/or donating our money and time is a powerful action that benefits the receiver(s) and you as well.
When we take the focus off of ourselves and begin to focus on serving others, it makes us feel better, happier and less depressed and stressed.
To see appreciation & joy on other peoples’ face or in their eyes, brightens our soul. Our problems and concerns seem a little less overwhelming and significant.
Donating or giving our time and or money, is best when done with a cheerful heart & attitude, if you feel pressured, aggravated, or resentful, take a break, check in with yourself and become clear as to what is the best action for you.
