Digital Gods & Digital Goddesses in a Digital World
Physical Activity
Our bodies are literally built to move. For most of human history, that’s exactly what we did—farming, building, working with our hands.
Then the internet showed up.
It changed everything, including how much we move.
Now, our minds are constantly scrolling, clicking, and processing, while our bodies are just… parked.
There are 1,440 minutes in every single day. The time isn't the problem. If something's a priority, we fit it in, no questions asked.
But with physical activity?
That’s where logic and motivation have a total disconnect. We know it’s vital for our wellbeing, but actually starting?
That’s the real hurdle.
